FIDI ANNUAL CONFERENCE
FIDI is the global alliance of professional international moving and relocation companies. Each year FIDI’s annual conference rotates to a different city and continent.
Over 600 delegates attend from over 100 countries. The conference takes place over 5 days and comprises of business sessions, networking opportunities, association meetings, cultural activities and a social programme.
Start2Finish Events work closely with the FIDI in house event manager to assist with the conference planning including venue inspections, selection of the destination management company and conference registration.
We also manage the online help desk to assist delegates that have any queries or registration issues. FIDI use their own bespoke registration software which we administer on their behalf.
Onsite at the event we work alongside the FIDI to deliver the event and ensure that everything runs smoothly. One of our main roles is managing the event registration and help desk. This includes the production of event badges, checking delegates in to the event as well as being the main point of contact for the delegates throughout the event. We also manage on site the cultural activities and social programme.
We have vast experience working alongside in-house event managers and can offer advice and support for any aspect of any type of event.
