S2F Events to Deliver the FIDI Conference in Osaka 2026

We’re delighted to share that S2F Events has once again been appointed to deliver the next FIDI Conference, taking place in Osaka in May 2026. It’s always a pleasure to work with the FIDI community, and we’re honoured to continue supporting such an important global gathering for the international moving and relocation industry.

As with previous years, our team will be managing the project from start to finish — ensuring a seamless experience for both the client and all attendees. Our scope includes:

• Conference website creation and management

• Delegate registration system and support

• Programme planning and coordination

• Supplier and venue management

• On-site delivery and operations in Osaka next May

• Full end-to-end event logistics
