We developed and managed the conference website, which provided detailed information on the agenda, FAQs, and an online attendee area. As well as the front end website we had an online ‘attendees area’ that allowed delegates to view the attendee list, contact other participants, and pre-arrange meetings at the conference. In the lead-up to the event, an app was launched, offering all the functionalities of the online attendee area and providing quick access to essential information onsite.

The Valamar Lacroma Dubrovnik Hotel, located on the serene Babin Kuk Peninsula, was selected as the venue for the 2025 conference. This hotel, known for its state-of-the-art facilities, outdoor pools, and relaxing spa, offered a perfect setting for the event.
